A must-learn workshop for any level of filmmaker, media content creator, or production company. 

One of the easiest ways to bring your production in under budget and on time is by properly planning your shoot and making the most out of pre-production.  

This class focuses on such topics as the stages of production and the roles of each crew member, including producer, director, assistant director, editor, composer. In addition to creating a production plan, schedule, permits, releases and budgeting basics. Participants will learn in details of the responsibilities of each member of a production team.

You will set goals, and gain local industry resources that will help you make not only your next project, but all the ones to follow. It can be an incredibly daunting process to attack a script and bring it to the screen, but when it’s broken into steps and you have the tools you need to get through each of them, you’ll make it look easy… and your projects will look even better!

Students will leave class with the skills needed to fill production positions and a firm grasp on production terminology, reading & creating a budget, how to handle various types of expenses and much more!

This virtual class will take place on ZOOM. Once registered, you will be sent a follow-up email one day prior to the course beginning as a reminder which will include: welcome email, instructor contact email, a link to your password protected virtual classroom and more.
